In a bid to survive relegation and maintain their stay in the MTN FAZ SUPER LEAGUE for next season's Chingola-based topflight side, The Brave Nchanga Rangers executive has put winning bonuses for the remaining 5 games at Zmk6000 per player as a way of motivating the Squad. Between 1980 and 2000, Nchanga Rangers was one of the most successful football clubs in Zambia. During this period, the club won the Zambian League title three times, in 1982, 1990, and 1992. However, the club's fortunes began to decline in the early 2000s and they were relegated to the second division in 2004. Nchanga Rangers spent four seasons in the second division before winning promotion back to the top flight in 2008. They managed to stay in the top flight for six seasons before being relegated again in 2014. Since then, the club has been in and out of the top flight, and this time around they would want to avoid being relegated. Nchanga Rangers currently 13th on the log with 35 points 1 point above relegation in their first-ever match with k6000 on the line in bonuses per player for each win will be hosting title-chasing Power Dynamos in Chingola in the week 30 fixture. Power Dynamos is currently on top of the Zambian Premier League and is known for its strong attacking play while Nchanga Rangers is known for its solid defense and counter-attacking style of play. When these two teams meet, it is expected to be a closely contested match. Power Dynamos will be looking to dominate the game with their attacking style of play and score as many goals as possible. On the other hand, Nchanga Rangers will be looking to defend well and hit Power Dynamos on the counter-attack. Overall, this match has the potential to be an exciting and entertaining encounter between two talented teams. The result of the match will depend on which team can execute their game plan better on the day.
