His mission is to inspire and motivate Zambia's pool players to achieve greatness on the African stage. With Zambia currently holding the title of defending African champions, following their triumph in hosting the African championships last year at OYDC in Lusaka, and ranking 2nd in the world after the Morocco world championships, there are high expectations. Under the seasoned leadership of Nkole Matanga, the team is aiming for nothing less than excellence. The ladies' team, guided by Captain Chipoka Mutande, who secured a commendable 3rd place in the world, is equally determined to make their mark in the African championships. The roster of players representing Zambia spans various categories, with notable names including Moses Mofya, Victor Sinyinza, Royd Kabwe, Kelvin Nkandu, Kelvin Phiri, Stephen Banda, Derrick Zimba, John Kasongo, Chileshe Mubanga, Dickson Mutale, Kelvin Yenga Yenga, and more for the Men's team. The Ladies' team features talents like Malambo Mweene, Theresa Chileshe, Prisca Mtawali, Mercy Phiri, and several others.
