Zambia's national pool team is making an impressive run at the 2023 AAPA Blackball Championship. They have maintained a perfect record, winning all five of their games. Their victories include a 17-8 win over Tanzania, an 18-7 victory against Botswana, a 15-10 triumph over Eswatini, a 17-8 win against Namibia, and a closely contested 14-11 win over Zimbabwe, where the game was tied at 11-11 at one point. With these results, Zambia has already secured a spot in the semi-finals. They have one more game to play against the host nation, South Africa. AAPA Vice President Doreen Wandia praised Zambia for their exceptional performance, highlighting that they are proving themselves as true champions and potential title defenders on the African stage.
