Scheduled for October 14th to 15th, 2023, this tournament holds immense significance as it serves as a gateway for women's rugby teams to secure their spot in the Olympics. The men's competition unfolded on September 16th to 17th, 2023, at Harare Sports Club in Zimbabwe, which saw Zambia's men's team finish in fifth place.
