The 2023 Sports Administration Course (SAC) concluded its second and final module on December 3rd, 2023. The sessions on Day 3 covered strategic planning, health and safety, promotion and sponsorship, organizing sports events, facilities management, and team selection. Facilitated by National Course Directors Mayamba Sitali, Isaac Mwape, and NOCZ Secretary-General Boniface Kambikambi, the day's topics built upon those covered on Day 2, including information technology, governance, project management, staff training, and more. NOCZ Treasurer Victor Bwalya Banda conducted sessions on financial management, budgeting, sources of funds, risk management, and insurance. During the course wrap-up, SG Kambikambi highlighted SAC as a prerequisite for the Advanced Sports Management Course (ASMC), providing a solid foundation in sports administration principles and practices from the IOC perspective. Kambikambi expressed gratitude to participants, urging them to apply their gained knowledge and skills to benefit their organizations.Certificates were awarded to fifteen participants upon completion of the course.
