The National Olympic Committee of Zambia (NOCZ) has encouraged the recent participants of the Sport Administration Course to translate their knowledge into practical actions that will significantly benefit their respective federations and sports organizations. This call to action was emphasized by Boniface Kambikambi, the Secretary General of NOCZ, during the feedback and wrap-up session of the 2023 Sport Administration Course. Kambikambi highlighted the importance of the cohort identifying specific elements within the course that they believe will be beneficial to their federations. He further urged them to formulate concrete plans to implement these identified aspects, thereby ensuring a tangible and positive impact on their respective sports entities. Furthermore,he stressed the significance of leveraging social media platforms as a powerful tool for increasing visibility and awareness about the activities of their federations. According to Kambikambi, maintaining an active presence on social media not only facilitates better communication but also enhances the chances of securing funding and sponsorships.
