The Zambia National Women's Hockey Team has safely landed in Muscat, Oman, as they gear up for the 2024 Hockey 5s World Cup which will kickoff off on 24-27 January . Touching down at Muscat International Airport at 8:00 AM, the team swiftly headed to the City Park Hotel, which will be their home base for the tournament. Coach Floyd Chomba has granted the team a day of rest, with a recovery session scheduled for later tonight which is meant to prepare them for tomorrow's international friendlies against hosts Oman and Paraguay. Grouped with Australia, Ukraine, and rivals South Africa in Group B, Zambia will engage in their first two games on January 24, facing South Africa in the morning and later clashing with Ukraine on the same day in the afternoon.The final group match against Australia is scheduled for January 25.
