Richard Chipanda has received an invitation to officiate at the upcoming KLERKSDORP rugby tournament in South Africa, scheduled for this weekend. The Director of Referees, Danny Mulenga, is actively coordinating the necessary logistics for Richard to travel from Botswana to South Africa. Currently, Richard is stationed in Botswana, where he recently fulfilled his officiating duties at the Botswana 7s tournament. This opportunity came about through an invitation from the Botswana Rugby Referees Society, with invaluable guidance and mentorship provided by Alleck Maposa. The journey from Zambia to Botswana has been made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Director of Referees and the Zambia Rugby Union, highlighting the support and recognition Richard has garnered within the rugby community.
