The Rugby men's 7s team, under the guidance of Coach Kamisa Musonda, is preparing for a highly competitive tournament set to commence tomorrow at Harare Sports Club in Zimbabwe. This event is crucial as it serves as the Paris 2024 Olympics Qualifiers, scheduled for the 16th and 17th of September 2023. In preparation for the tournament, the team's medical department, led by Benjamin Musonda, is working to ensure that the Zambian side is in top condition throughout the two-day competition. Among the key players named in the squad just two days ago are Gabriel Mugalaba, Brian Mbalwe, Lawrence Kaushiku, Miracle Simpasa, Alex Mwewa, and several others who are ready to represent the country. The team manager, Chikampa, has cautioned the boys to do their very best in this crucial tournament, which will feature major Rugby countries including South Africa.
