Teddy Banji Hambayi, the Coach of the Masters National Team, has officially announced the eight-man roster that will represent Zambia in an upcoming South African Tournament scheduled for October this year. This talented lineup includes the former President of the Zambia Pool Union, Tom Michelo, as well as Bongani Maano, who also serves as the Team Coach for the ladies. The complete list of players who have earned their spot on the team comprises Amos Banda, Godfrey Mweemba, Shahid Saiyed, Juma Chilonga, Oline Yona, and Shiku Liyena. Additionally, Frank Chulu has been selected as a super sub, ready to contribute when called upon. According to a statement shared with Zed Sport, the Media Director of the Zambia Pool Union, Kirby Kaoma Musonda, said that Zambia will be defending the African Championship title with the hope of a good performance. Preparations for the tournament will kick off with intensive training sessions as the team gears up for the exciting competition in South Africa.
