David Mwamba, also known as Cena, successfully retained his Mr. Mandevu title for the third consecutive time by defeating 11 other finalists. He received a motorbike valued at £35,000, a £1,000 cash prize, a certificate of participation, a hamper, a trophy, and a medal. In the second position was Amon Mugala, known as DoublePower DP, who was awarded a 20x40 plot worth £15,000, a medal, a trophy, a certificate of participation, a hamper, and a £1,000 cash prize. Boyd Tembo secured third place, taking home £4,000, a certificate of participation, a hamper, a trophy, and a medal. Additionally, Shabco Milling Company provided a 25kg bag of mealie meal to each participant in both the junior and senior categories. Furthermore, renowned PDK made a donation of £30,000 to support Mandevu Gymnasium. The event was organized by the Mandevu Constituency Bodybuilding Association (MCBBA), led by Paul Tembo, also known as Sweety Paul. Tembo explained that the competition was established to steer the youth away from harmful activities like excessive beer drinking and drug abuse.
