World Fitness Federation Zambia (WFF Zambia) team has just arrived in Johannesburg on transit to Durban to represent Zambia in Bodybuilding and Fitness. The World Fitness South Africa 2023 champions are unique because of the many participants from across Africa who are eager to compete and move to the next level to represent their respective countries. The Suncoast Barnyard theatre will host the mighty Fitness Championships scheduled for 30th September 2023. The men's categories will include Novice lineups, Under 23, Athletics Bodybuilding, Fitness Model, and the newly introduced Physically Challenged Category. On the women's side, there will be Bikini Models, Sports Models, Ladies Figure, Ms Glamour, and Evening Gown categories. A day before the championships, all athletes have been advised to weigh in, register their participants, and pay the compulsory registration fees. The most interesting part of the Championship is that it will serve as a qualifier for the World Fitness Federation World Championships, scheduled for 23rd November in Germany.
