The Zambia Table Tennis Association (ZTTA) held a three-day workshop at The Confucius Institute in Zambia, focusing on strategic planning. Mr. Mwembe Kaona, a strategic planning facilitator from the National Olympic Committee of Zambia, facilitated the workshop. Various stakeholders from different parts of Zambia came together to discuss the future of table tennis. The first two days involved robust discussions, brainstorming creative ideas, and working together to plan for ZTTA's future. This plan will serve as a map for table tennis in Zambia. On the last day, a team of five individuals consolidated the draft document, aligning it with the goals and aspirations of the Zambia Table Tennis Association. Mr. Boniface Kambikambi, the Secretary General of NOCZ, was present to share his thoughts and provide support at the end of the meeting.
