Corporate Soccer League
A premier sports management company, Numero Uno, has introduced Zambia's first-ever Corporate Soccer League. Sixteen leading companies are set to compete fiercely for the coveted title of Corporate Soccer Champions and a prestigious top prize. Director Francis Kapasa Chanda emphasized that this social, non-profit sporting initiative is designed for recreational enjoyment among companies in Zambia. Kapasa highlighted that the corporate league serves as a valuable tool for team building, promoting fitness and health, and fostering business networking. The league's kickoff is scheduled for the first week of March 2024, preceded by draws and fixture releases in February. The Corporate Soccer League has also partnered with Thuso Foundation, a charity organisation dedicated to enhancing opportunities and living standards for women, youths, and vulnerable groups through mentorship and income-generating life skills.
