2nd May 2023, the Lusaka Golf Club reopened with 75 percent of renovation works completed after putting some activities on halt in previous months. The Club has since hosted the inaugural reopening tournament which has attracted over 200 Golfers around Lusaka. Morris Mujala who is Golf Club Captain Lusaka has thanked the Golfers for the unpredicted huge turnout which has also given a good indication of progress. Mujala attributed the large turnout to the desire of Golfers to explore the new course as they look at different criteria to be used to promote more engagement. In an interview, Morris disclosed that work on the golf course will be completed in the next three months as they continue working on the pitch. Morris further said that works are done to anticipate for hostship of the 2023 ZANACO Masters golf tournament. Photo Credit-LGC
