Arvin Xie emerged victorious in the individual event with an impressive 89 points at the Lusaka Golf Club on Saturday. His exceptional form continued into the team play, leading Lusaka to triumph over their Copperbelt counterparts on Sunday. Declared the overall winner of the Good Time Steel-sponsored championship, which saw the participation of 26 Chinese players, the tournament was organized by the Zambia Chinese Golf Association (ZCGA). Expressing his contentment with his performance over the two days, Xie encouraged more people to join the sport, emphasizing its importance in promoting health and overall well-being. Acknowledging the collective effort of all players, Xie regarded winning the tournament as a significant achievement for him and the team.
