Zambian Judoka Steven Mung'andu is today scheduled to compete against Hekim Agamammedov from Turkmenistan in the men's 66kg category at the 2023 Judo World Championships in Doha. Another Zambian participant at the championship is Simon Zulu, who faced Giorgi Sardalashvili from Georgia in a tightly contested men's 60kg category where he lost.
