FIBA CAMP

NAPSA Basketball is celebrating a joyous feature for one of their female stars, Choolwe Simulabi, who was selected to participate in the All-Star Games in Rwanda this week. The International Basketball Federation Association (FIBA) all-girls regional (U-16) youth camp began on the 26th and will be ending today, featuring 45 girls from 15 countries, including Nairobi, Kenya; Ivory Coast; Casablanca, Morocco; Australia; and Zambia. NAPSA Basketball has extended its gratitude for this step as it will act as motivation for other upcoming basketball players in the country. It will also be a good platform for Choolwe to form networks with other players across the region. "A huge congratulations to our rising star, Cholwe Simubali, for making it into the All-Star Team at the FIBA Africa Regional Youth Camp being held in Kigali," NAPSA Basketball has shared. The second edition of the camp assumed a similar format as the first, where the boys' and girls' camps ran concurrently at one venue. Sixty players per gender were involved from 35 invited countries, with players gathering in Tana, Madagascar; Saly, Senegal; and Casablanca, Morocco.
