On the 29th of October 2023, the 2023 Sports Administration Course cohort celebrated the successful completion of Module 1, which had a primary focus on the world of sports. This course generated substantial enthusiasm, attracting 18 participants from a variety of sports federations and organizations. A notable guest at the event was Alfred Foloko, President of NOCZ, who delivered motivating remarks emphasizing the course's significance. Module 1, which centered around sports, was skillfully led by a team of course directors, including NOCZ Secretary General Boniface Kambikambi, National Course Directors Mwembe Kaona and Bessie Chelemu, and NOCZ Medical Commission Chairperson Dr. Titus Fernando, among others. The 2023 Cohort is scheduled to reconvene at the end of November for the second and final module, which will focus on the administrative aspects of the course.
