Monday, 22nd May 2023, different weightlifters gathered for the final round of the Arnold Classic Championship in South Africa with Zambia having more than 4 representatives. The reigning Mr. Zambia champion, Strongman Gift Habeenzu has been crowned Arnold Classic Africa 2023 Champion with him putting another continental title to himself. Sergeant Habeenzu, who represented Zambia in a continental showpiece has been crowned champion of the tournament that attracted participants from 10 countries. Mr. Zambia is Based at the School of Public Order Maintenance (SPOM) in Kamfinsa, Strongman has two continental titles to his name after grabbing the Novice 105 category last year and has this year added the 2023 Arnold Classic Professional/Amateur.
