Zambia Swimming Union (ZSU) is in high spirits as they celebrate Renny Bryan who was appointed as one of the Managing Protocols at the ongoing Zone IV games in Angola. "As we celebrate Team Zambia's performance at the ongoing CANA Zone IV Swimming Championships in Angola, we would like to express our admiration and gratitude to Dionne Rennie Bryan, who has been invited to be a part of the CANA Zone IV Team in Angola and is in charge of protocols and ceremonies during the 2023 Championships," ZSU has said via their official Facebook page. The union has applauded Dionne's journey to handle such huge responsibilities that began in Zambia, where she was a member of the Local Organizing Committee for the 2022 CANA Zone IV Swimming Championships, held between the 14th and 18th April 2022. Later, Bryan was invited to participate in the AUSC Region 5 Games which were hosted in Malawi from 4th - 7th December 2022. Her dedication and humility have therefore led to Dionne's appointment to supervise protocols at the 2023 CANA Zone IV Swimming Championships. "Dionne's progression and international recognition are excellent examples of hard work and determination. In addition to her current responsibilities, she was involved with the Zambia Swimming Union as a board member and currently serves as a member of the Gender Equity Commission of the National Olympic Committee of Zambia," the Swimming Union has disclosed.
