11-year-old chess player, Justine Gondwe, has made a name for herself by winning the gold medal at the recently concluded Tshwane U14 Regional Team tournament in South Africa. The tournament was attended by over 40 chess players from South Africa and neighboring countries such as Zimbabwe and Zambia. Prosper Musemvu expressed his joy at Justine's victory and took to social media to share his excitement. "My chess student was awarded as the best under 14 player in the Tshwane Regional team in South Africa, and I am thrilled about it," he said. The 11-year-old champion, Gondwe, has also qualified for the national team and is currently preparing for an upcoming tournament in India, with the dates yet to be announced.
