Yesterday was a great day for Zambian athletes as they participated in the 2023 Heino Lipp Memorial in Estonia and walked away with medals. Patrick Nyambe won the silver medal after finishing second in the men's 200m race with a personal best time of 20.80s. Rhoda Njobvu had two races to run on the same evening: she finished in 4th position in the women's 100m with a time of 11.47s and then went on to win the silver medal in the women's 200m with a time of 23.47s. Congratulations to all!
