Kennedy Luchembe is an athlete and a Correctional officer Born on 8th July 2001 in Chingola. Kennedy is the 2017 Commonwealth 400m Gold Medalist in the Bahamas, 2018 African Youth Champion in Algiers, Algeria, World Youth Olympic Silver Medalist in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and also 2 time Junior Sportsman of the Year in Zambia and Regional Junior Sportsman of the year 2018 in Namibia. Luchembe cites Godfrey Chama(silver baby) and Titus Kafunda as being among the people that helped him to be where he is. Kennedy also recognizes his family for the massive support that they have given him since he started.
