14th April 2023, Day 2 of the Commonwealth Games Confederation (CGF) Africa Regional Meeting kicked off with an address from CGF President, Dame Louise Martin. Day 2 aim was characterized by discussions that gave a reflection on how CGF has worked for the past 4 years. Attendees were on the edge of their seats as CGF programs such as Game Changers, equip Internship, Women's Leadership program and the Athletes' Commission were discussed in detail. As the morning went on, excitement dwelt among the participants as they eagerly shared their thoughts and insights on the progress made so far. The session concluded with a dynamic question and answer period that provided an opportunity for attendees to further engage with the speakers and each other. Overall, Day 2 was a highly successful event that left attendees feeling energized and motivated. The discussions and insights shared were truly inspiring, and it was clear that everyone in attendance was committed to making a real difference in their respective fields. These are among inventions that will continue uplifting athletes in various games as we witness the U-18 and U-20 Africa Championship games to be hosted at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium on April 29th.
