Zach Moyo started swimming when he was about 8 years old. He loves to swim because it’s an escape from everyday life activities like school and he can do something that he is good at whilst having fun. The biggest highlight of his career so far was the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham 2022. "it was like nothing I had ever experienced before, and I can’t wait to swim in the upcoming Commonwealth Youth Games in Trinidad and Tobago," Moyo has said. "My message for the younger generation is that it’s not easy, work must be put in if you want to be good at what you do but if you have the mental strength to get you through the tough times then you will be able to do anything you put your mind to," He adds. The seventh edition of the Commonwealth Youth Games will take place on the Islands of Trinidad and Tobago between the 4th to 11th of August 2023.
