Today at the Boxing World Championships quarterfinals, we have two Zambian boxers competing against tough opponents who are not willing to give up easily. Patrick Chinyemba will face Molina Salvador Martin of Spain in the Elite Men’s 48-51kg flyweight category at 11:00 AM Zambian time, while Andrew Chilata will be squaring off against Alvarez Borges Erislandy of Cuba in the Elite Men’s 57-60kg Lightweight category at 3:00 PM Zambian Time. The qualifier comes after Patrick Chinyemba the lightweight Boxer Patrick edged the seventh seed from Uzbekistan Masud Uusifzada and won. While Andrew took on knuckled Georgian Eighth seed to advance to the quarter-finals. Both matches will take place in Ring B as the candidates expect a lift to the semi-finals in the quest to lift the trophy.
