The fourth affiliate national sports federation (NF) is currently in the process of formulating its strategic plan. Elina Bwalya is facilitating the strategic planning process for the Cycling Association of Zambia (CAZ), which is the fourth NF in question. CAZ is one of the five NFs receiving support from the National Olympic Committee of Zambia (NOCZ) for the development of their five-year strategic plans as part of Phase 2 of the project.
